  I am not sure why the reviews are so bad, but I have been going here for several years, and love this office. Maybe other locations aren't as good, but I love where I go. It's a "chain" practice but feels like a small town office. I see Dr Alagirisamy at the Lower Burrell location, and my kids see the Pediatric Dentist, Dr Dandashi. The staff is always nice from the front desk to the ladies in the back , to both Dr's we see. The office is clean, and they are on time a majority of the time. I have had an extraction, a filling and a root canal with a crown in this office, and had no problems. They are gentle with both adults and kids, and care about your stress and pain level during procedures. They do everything they can to make you feel at ease, and experience as little pain as possible.
